The Incoming call popup (or balloon) no longer appears for one of my users.
I don't think this is a Option. I uninstalled OC and reinstalled but still
have the issue. The user is in Available mode. Anyone expierienced this
before or know of setting or registry entry that affects this?

have you check tools/options/alerts on the MOC client?

I have one user that is experiencing the same problem. If I try to contact
him with a PC to PC communicator call he does not get an alert for atleast a
minute. His computer will ring but he does not have anything to click on to
answer the call. The pop up will finally show right before my computer quits
ringing. I have not been able to find an answer to this.

Sorry pat I have not seen this before. and have a decent number of windows
xp deployed with PBX integration and OCS. and have not seen that yet.

Check the settings in outlooks to see if the desktop alerts is on if not turn on and see if that works.
