[Address book synchronization]

Error on office communicator
"cannot synchronize with the corporate address book. this may be because the
proxy server setting in your web browser does not allow access to the address
book"

We get this error only from another location AD site (branch office),

its working fine on the default site internal network where the server is
locacted(head office).

Hi, Isaak

Can you reach AdressBook store from your branch office?
make sure you can resolve AB server store name. And check your proxy
settings in IE, because Communicator uses IE for getting address book.
